Grape Me Down Body Butter

(Body Butter & Scrubs): Kokum Butter, Mango Butter Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, SweetAlmond Oil, Avocado Oil, Glycerin and essential oils.

(Serums): All Oils listed above including Glycerin and Aloe Vera Gel.

(Hair Oils) All Oils listed above including Castor Oil and Glycerin.

(Clay Masks): Pink Kaolin Clay and Burdock Root Powder or Organic Charcoal Powder and Bentonite Clay Powder.

(All Body Butters):Rub Into damp or dry skin daily as needed. Best if used after any HF oil! A little goes a long way!

(Face Serums): Use two to three drops of serum on face and massage in until desired moisturization twice a day or as needed. Do not put dropper directly on skin to reduce any contamination of product. Best if used after HF Face Wash.

(Hair & Edge Oil): Roll onto edges/ apply hair oil twice a day or as needed. Please make sure you evenly massage the oil around edges and on the scalp for best results. Hot Oil Treatments with this Oil is safe. (Put container directly in hot water to warm or pour out oil and heat up).

(All Body Scrubs): Rub into damp skin every 3 days or as needed. Best if used during bath or shower and before any HF butter.

(Clay Masks): Pour a small amount of clay into a bowl or cup (or enough to cover face), add atleast a TBSP of water (or more if needed) and mix. Apply the mask with our mask applicator tool (in accesories tab) and let mask sit for 15 minutes or until completely dry. Wash Mask off after it is completey dry and pat face. Use any HF oil afterwards to add moisture back into skin.

(Lip Scrubbers): Moderately crub lips back and forth like a toothbrush to emove excess dead skin cells off of lips. Best if used with HF lip scrub.

Refund policy

We have a 3-5 day refund policy, which means you have 3-5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. After delivery, unwanted items are only available to be converted to STORE CREDIT ONLY .

If you request a refund before receiving the purchase, this will NOT be granted if a WEEK has passed and you can receive store credit. (this means that products have already started being made, and we want to be respected for our time of making products as most are made to order). 

NO ITEMS are eligible for a return once received unless you have a reaction to product. Store credit will be provided only otherwise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No type of item(s) cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the issue with said item so that you may receive a credit for your item of the same price.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
